Simple transaction with shipper from England . Total disaster. Fist shipment went back . Made second attempt same problem why is this company so incompetent . NOONE answers the phone in Los Angeles . Someone at DHL in Arizona tried to help me . Interesting dynamic this company is externally and internally chaotic . I mistakenly thought a shipping company made money based on moving goods from point A to point B.
