My order was sent EXPRESS NEXT DAY on 16 August. It should have been delivered 17 August 2024. It arrived at 6:45pm on Thursday 22 August. It was a gift for my grandson who has now already left to return to the USA. How useless to be 5 days late. I paid for express. I hope to get a refund AND I will have to return the item to the supplier, so I would expect no charge for DHL to collect and courier the gift back to the supplier.
