DHL is the worst. Their chat is a joke. When I finally got a “live person”, they just repeated what the website said and didn’t address my concern that the package was late. Simply left the conversation. Then I tried the customer service number, also a bad joke. There is no option to talk to anyone and you just get the same blah blah repeated to you by an automated voice. Truly awful customer service.
