My package was not delivered, did not receive a call or text message nor an email ( all contact info was on the way bill) on the day when I was at work leaves a message on phone with no call back number and leaves without delivering and no second attempt done or no info left at the door to pick up or sign to deliver at the neighbors. Very important paperwork now causing trouble for my travel. Very disappointed with DHL services. I will never recommend anyone to use their services.
