Terrible, slowest shipping carrier ever, they must be walking it here.. its been in the same state for 9 days... absolutely ridiculous. Tracking is pretty worthless since they'll wait 3 days to update it. I would never choose DHL and will pay better attention to my purchases to avoid this company in the future. It should not take 13 days to get from NC to CA.
