This company is worse than Hermes. I had a product delivered that arrived completely destroyed at the receiver’s end, with the contents shattered into small pieces. It was as if DHL had driven over the parcel multiple times, and yet they still had the audacity to deliver it in such a state. What’s even more frustrating is that, despite constantly paying for "insurance," DHL refuses to take responsibility for rectifying the issue.
It seems like this so-called insurance is nothing more than a money-making scheme, designed to fatten their profits and make their shareholders even wealthier—so they can buy their sixth home and tenth car, no doubt. Meanwhile, customers like me are left dealing with the aftermath of their negligence. To make matters worse, their customer service is absolutely horrific. I’m not sure where they train their staff, but I’ve never encountered a ruder or more unhelpful bunch of people. The whole experience was beyond frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend DHL to anyone.
