I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with DHL. They consistently fail to deliver on time, which is incredibly inconvenient. Despite providing clear instructions, they seem unable to understand that “Flat 1” and “Flat A” are the same address. This lack of common sense and attention to detail is unacceptable for a delivery company. I would not recommend DHL if you need reliable and timely service.
