First I did not receive my package on the original delivery date. Then when my package was finally delivered on 25Oct2024, it was delivered without a parcel information provided so I wasn’t able to pick it up. I called Costumer service and they escalated the issue,they were great which is why I gave one star.
Overall, have not had a good experience. Would not like to order anything that transports with DHL again.
