These guys are vile. I purchased a shipping label online to get an item I had left behind in a Cancun hotel sent back to me. The hotel lost and found had it but even when you select a date online you have to call and get a subsequent AME number from DHL. Okay. Great go through all that they still can get it picked up. These guys are the most unprofessional on the help line as well.
