Absolute worst shipping carrier. Anytime retailer has shipped purchased goods via DHL they have been lost. DHL has the worst customer service when packages are lost- no one to help and if you finally get a live voice after holding for an hour, they are rude. Wish you could request retailers not to ship through this horrible company.
