Poor service, badly managed company.
DHL passed my parcel on to another courier to deliver, who ended up returning it to DHL. DHL then lost it when returning it to the sender. After complaining, I’m told they apologize, and that’s it. So I’m out of a package, and out the shipping charges as well.
Poor service, badly managed company. Avoid them.
