I am beyond frustrated with DHL. My package was supposed to be delivered on December 24th, and it never showed up. I reached out to customer service, and they couldn’t care less. No help, no solutions, just zero effort to fix anything.
It’s honestly shocking how little DHL cares about actually solving problems. It’s not hard to deliver a package on time, but apparently, that’s too much to ask for.
I’m done with DHL and I’ll be sharing this awful experience on Trustpilot, Google, and social media. Don’t waste your time with them.
