Sent 8 packages from Germany to the Philippines in August of 2024 at a cost of several hundred euros. Two of the packages arrived and the rest are apparently lost in DHL Hell. Never will I use DHL again. Packages were not returned to my German address nor sent to the Philippines. Worst customer service ever, DO NOT USE DHL. I'm out some 2000 euros with no recourse. I would give them a negative star after how they ruint my Christmas. Never again.
