So bad it hurts, ordered a parcel from japan which arrived in 3 days to the uk, then got in dhl hands and never delivered, 2 attempts deliveries and the driver never came, i only had a message to say we have missed you, but no delivery attempt ever made, dhl has got lazy drivers who just want to slap your things in the collection point and go and chill under a treee, not good.
