Truly the worst transportation company I’ve ever dealt with. I would never use their services on my own, but for some reason online stores keep choosing them.
The latest cases: in the past two weeks, one shipment has been completely lost. Nobody knows where the second one is — even DHL customer service can’t do anything. For the third parcel, I haven’t received any shipping confirmation, so I can’t get my refund.
Everything goes wrong with their deliveries. They really shouldn’t be in business, because it’s obvious they can’t manage their work properly.
