4 times we ordered in Germany and should be delivered by DHL but this company is one of the shit.it was never delivered to our flat even without a notice when he was trying or where we can find it or when he tried.it always was searching by ourselves where is our package and we paid for service,fantastic.Now I`m waiting since wednesday that means since 5days to deliver to me because they sent email that they will deliver at wednesday and the delivery status didn`t change since that.My item is waiting since 5days in a depot about 50km away.Unacceptable!!!!
