DHL offer you a chance to arrange the delivery if you missing the parcel for any reason, via internet on their web site DHL.co.uk/on-demand but when you try to do this the message it's:Delivery option it's not possible because your shipment has been delivered .
On this situation the only option it's to call them and try to arrange something over the phone.
