DISGUSTING is too good a word to use for DHL service.
Absolutely disgusting delivery service! Webpage Redelivery options put the end-user in endless loops when trying to arrange/rearrange delivery. Even with the DHL Delivery Card, the DHL system does not recognise the card number that is needed to rearrange delivery. Now I am forced to attempt to find where my iPhone has gone!
