VERY VERY BAD SERVICE (with the exception of Dawn in Customer Service) unacceptable delivery status...driver did not even get to property - confirmed by customer service - depot not call me to apologise...the worst communication and minus stars if I could put on rating...I doubt if I will be contacted....I will not use DHL after this experience...whatever happened to customer care, ownership and responsibility....DHL don't deserve any customers if this is the way they treat them...
