Tried to arrange a collection and the person on the end of the line needed additional training before dealing with a customer! Ket apologising for "misunderstanding"... it wasn't a misunderstanding it was blatant errors on her behalf!
Then, return delivery was made without any notification. I arranged redelivery immediately to a store nearby. Apparently the store declined to accept it... How is this possible when they are an option on the DHL site?? The website to track still says it is "out for delivery" hours later. It also took hours for someone to reply on social media.
Surely a company this size should have better service? Will never use again.
