This is my second time that DHL handled the delivery of my orders and I always have to reschedule the delivery. They don't give updates when it's already on transit or already at your home for delivery. The only update that I got from them is a text message stating that "they tried to deliver the package but no one was home". I was home between the time of delivery and didn't hear any ring on my bell or receive any updates. It is frustrating that I have to call DHL to ask for redelivery. They just stated that the delivery person has more than 200 packages to deliver and they don't get paid to wait for the receiver to pick it up. I woke up early and cancel all of my morning appointment to wait for my package to arrive and I have to do it again the next day because they failed to deliver my package. I feel like I wasted my time waiting for nothing.
