Item shipped via DHL Dec 4. Arrived in city Dec 24 which is acceptable given Christmas mail. However, I had made a mistake in our address but rather than call the number on the package- we are 4 mins from the airport depot which I passed 6 times during that period! - the item was held for about 2 weeks, then returned to the US retailer. Now 2 .5 mths later I am still awaiting its return there and my consequent refund. Far from impressed..
