DHL text and email you on the day before and on the morning of the delivery, you are kept informed all the time. I had two parcels delivered in two days and have nothing but praise for DHL I only wished they are the ones who deliver your passports for government but sadly they use another company. The driver was helpful courteous and pleasant, even asked did I need help in with parcel . I really would use any company that use DHL as there delivery company they are top class. Thank you DHL .
