The worst , most unreliable company to deal with.
I paid for an express service 1-2 days, as it's urgent and my parcel hasn't been delivered 5 days later. Customer service lied to me that my parcel was hold by Heathrow's customs. I contacted them to find out that they never received it!
Last time in my life I am using this company.
