It happened again. I have been told that parcel will be delivered today between 5pn-6pm.. I was back home nice and early at 4pm. Delivery man never showed up. No surprised.. At 7 pm I rang dhl customer service. They told me that he has the same note in the system as me: Your parcel will be delivered today between 5 and 6 pm. Then the online status of my parcel has changed to: The delivery has been refused... Please contact the sender. (the sender lol) I went downstairs as I live in block of flats and have found BLANK note from dhl delivery man by the main doors of the block of flats. So I rang the customer service again, had been redirected several times again and FINALLY I have been told that the item was delivered 3 hours before agreed time, no one was at home and I have to rearrange the delivery, so I did.
