Awful service - be careful
My parcel was due for delivery between 9am and 10am on Tuesday the 16th of July, nothing arrived and I went out at 10:30am until 2pm. When I got home there was no delivery attempt card and tracking info had changed to say that it was due for delivery on Wednesday 17th of July. On Wednesday it had still not arrived, so I checked the tracking info again and it was now saying that my parcel had been deliver on the Tuesday and that it was signed for by me at 12:21pm. No one was home during this time and I haven’t received my parcel. When I emailed them I got no reply. So I direct messaged them on twitter. I asked to see a copy of the signature as clearly this is fake/or a lie as I did not sign for this parcel, was not in at that time and have not received this parcel. They told me that they are not allowed to show me a copy of this signature. They have since ignored my messages. Awful service. Either the delivery driver has lied, delivered this to the wrong address or faked my signature. I have no idea where my parcel is and The customer service I have received so far is shocking. They basically told me they can’t help and it’s now the senders issue. But it was DHL that have lost this package. I think it’s ridiculous that I can’t see “proof” of this signature.
