First time no one shown up and on the web they put that delivery has been attempted by driver- not a true!!!
They set delivery for next day and before delivery time they have just changed for another day.
Automated system won't let you talk to anyone. The number on their website is useless. The 0844 is for dhl express and they just tell you its different company and has nothing to do with dhl parcel.
I will make complain to the supplier who is sending me an item to think about changing delivery company.
