A company who had made a mistake with my order arranged to have the parcel picked up. When the DHL driver arrived he took one look at the parcel and said "not taking that ". He turned to walk away without any explanation. I had to ask him why. He said his can was full! Turned to walk away again. I asked what happens next? He said he would be back later that day. Waited in all day and evening. He did not pick it up. That was on a Friday. After several phone calls to the supplier, it was finally picked up on the following Monday. So, another day of waiting in. I would NEVER use this company if it was my choice.
