A DHL Employee BLATANTLY STOLE MY PACKAGE! First delivery attempt- Claimed the item was signed for by myself! The buzzer did not ring, I only knew due to the email I received. I was home waiting for this package. Second delivery attempt- claimed my item was signed for at Emma Flat C when my estate only has numbered flats😳 again my buzzer didn’t ring? I was at home waiting for the package 😳 DHL employees are thieves with no real excuses. The company I purchased the item from will take more action before ai can receive a refund. Really wanted the item which was a birthday present to myself. Such a shame and waste of time. This company will go into administration if these antics carry on. I am a very unhappy customer ☹️ Worst unprofessional delivery service I have ever experienced this type of fraudulent behaviour with.
