Totally useless! Driver didn’t bother knocking but I heard the card go through! The card had no name.
Last week the same happened I arranged for it to be delivered at the post office but as I didn’t know who the parcel was for and had no redelivery number the post office could find it. The parcel got returned to the sender. Then again today he doesn’t knock and puts the slip through with no name. There is NO COMPLAINTS NUMBER. I ended up talking to someone in their accounts department who tried to help but then after 35 minutes on the phone told me the sender is their customers not me and I need to raise a complaint with them. Try calling the accounts team with your complaints and they might actually create a complaints number 02476 937777
