Unreliable and dishonest!
Avoid!!! I have wasted 2 days waiting for a delivery Both times they sent a text message saying they tried to deliver but customer was not home - which was simply false! I was home and nobody turned up! - I have complained directly to DHL and also let the company I ordered from know - in case they would like to consider using a different courier in the future!
