Received a ‘sorry we missed you’ message, despite being home. No one had rung the doorbell, or called my phone. No sign of anyone outside. Sadly this isn’t the first time this has happened. Your greatest chance of success is to regularly check your emails (at least hourly) and request to leave with a neighbour even if you’re at home - this way the drivers have to make some effort to deliver.
