No option to contact to tell them that my doorbell doesn't work. I am not even sure if they attempted to deliver my item. Their depot was closed during working hours and they wasted two hours of my life. Additionally, they lied to me that they will try to deliver my item and I took a day off work only to find out that I have to go collect it from their depot again.
