Had a delivery due today for a oven between 7am and 7 pm item has not arrived and no explanation as to why have tried to call dhl and just get told to leave a message for a call back absolute shambles of a company disgusting they can’t even have the decency to give a Curtisy call to say why they can’t deliver I now have no cooker too. A day lost in wages waiting in and £30 pound short on take away I urge anyone that is requiring delivery’s or shipments never to use this company 1 star is far to much
