I missed my pick up yesterday 3hrs later by God’s will I pumped into a driver on my school run to question him. Upon what I do next as I missed my pick up that morning the driver took it upon his self on his break to go to my house and pick up my package. To my relief I was so impressed he was so polite. And I have never had an experience like this with any other company very impressed with DHL driver was incredibly polite happy and more than willing to make me the customer happy but got him to do that is very kind and left me feeling very happy proved there’s still good people out there’s thank you DHL for employing people with a great work ethic will defo be using again
