AVOID AVOID AVOID Waited in for a delivery only to receive a message to say I was away. LIE! Spoke to two customer service people. One stated it would be delivered that evening and to phone in an hour if I didn't hear anything. I phoned back and was told it wouldn't be delivered that day. Booked it for a sat delivery. Checked tracking info but nothing to show that so phoned the next day to find out it hadn't been booked or noted on the system. Was told sat it would be delivered and driver would phone when outside. Guess what....that never happened. Instead was delivered to a neighbour on the mon. Disgusted with the way I was treated and not surprised to read mostly bad reviews about the company. Chloe, louise the liar and Dawn all of you should feel ashamed of how you treat people!
