This company can be relied upon, time after time, to provide the worst customer service possible. They have never delivered a package to me without some problem. Today I've waited in all day to find they claim to have delivered it at 2pm this afternoon. Where they have delivered it to I've no idea... utterly incompetent.
I assume that they provide a cheap service... otherwise I can't see why anyone would use them.
