I booked a delivery for 5th December. I took a day off, waited at home the whole day. At 5PM, i got a sms saying "we tried to deliver your item but you were not at home". It is a lie because I was at home the whole day and nobody rang at my door. Besides, there is no card in my letterbox which proved your driver never came to my home. It is unacceptable, very poor customer service. I paid extra for DHL delivery, I wasted one day holiday because of that. On top of that, I had to call DHL to rebook a delivery and it cost me an extra £5.
