I have tried everything with these lazy, incompetent fools. Most recently arranging for a collection point pick up to work with how incompetent I know they are. But unfortunately still no parcel.
From what I can see they just lie about delivery attempts and you get your parcel when they get around to it. Customer service is almost non-existent even when you finally manage to get hold of them. DO NOT USE THESE CON MERCHANTS!
