Last week my parcel supposed to be delivered at my local shop. I had an email confirmation saying it ready for collection. At the next day I went to collect my parcel and the owner of the shop telling me that the courier come this morning and collect the parcel back. I try it to get through to customer service and i couldn't. 2 days ago I managed to get through to them as I was trying to track my parcel again then I got through to them. The guy I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful at all and than he hung up the phone on me for no reason. So I dial the number again asking to enter my shipment, after I did is telling me it will be delivered today Tuesday 28th January. All day I sat in home and waiting for the parcel. I try it to track again and then is telling me it has been send it back to the sender. And I still don't know what is the reason for it and no even update from the DHL to explain why. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced. The worst, useless and unprofessional customer service I have ever seen it. This is the first and last when I will ever use the DHL. If I had the options to give no one star i would. I wish the DHL will rot in hell.
