I paid £12 for some plants to be sent to me on a 24 hour service. I was told I would get notification of a time on the day of delivery. I didn’t. I was told it was being delivered. It wasn’t. I was told to make a claim as the delivery wasn’t even attempted. I can’t because I am not the seller.
How do they stay in business? Other delivery services must be better than DHL UK Mail. Only in the UK do we put up with such poor service.
