Sheer incompetence.
My Panasonic Eva 1 camera has gone missing because of the incompetence of this company.
On a previous issue with the same camera (waybill 7691233675) the DHL driver left it with a neighbour without putting a card through the door. I only found out that it was there because I logged on to the website to see what had happened.
This time, the package didn't turn up, and I looked on the DHL website to see that it "had been delivered" . Tried to find out where it had been delivered. The "get signature proof of delivery" bit wouldn't work. Strange, thinks I. I get on to Panasonic Broadcast servicing in Wales who booked the courier and they said, after getting in touch with DHL, that the driver was claiming that he had delivered to my address, even though he didn't get a signature, and that there was a note on the door, with the name "Molbin" There was no note on the door, there is no name like "Molbin" related to any of the documentation on the package. The driver has lied about delivering to my address, and he has broken contract by not getting a signature. Where is my camera ? I await DHL reply with interest. Legal action on the way if my camera is not found.
