What am incompetent bunch of clowns.
This is the only company I have ever come across who cannot deliver parcels.
I had a card left on Monday and Tuesday for the same parcel despite being at home and waiting, so I called the complaints number and no apology was given but was assured it would be delivered the next day as long I left a signed note.....however the driver decided otherwise was rude to me on the phone and left again taking my parcel with him.
