Speaking as an account holder which actually uses DHL Express for their business the service is 2nd to none and generally the services allows SMS notifications as well as e-mail, never had a problem in the 3 years been using them, speaking as a BUSINESS which uses them to deliver to customers, their rates for the Economy Select service for EU destinations is very good and I also use DHL Global, I'm not particulurly interested in using anyone else mind you
