AVOID!!!!!!!!!! Parcel should have been delivered next day ( Tuesday).Got a msg saying it would be delivered between 16.40 and 17.40pm.NO PARCEL and no explanation. Wednesday msg from the supplier, who spoke to DHL to say out for delivery between 11am and 12am today but because I couldn't be at home chose one of their delivery parcel shops in my town just a mile away from me. .Got a text at 3.26pm to say driver is delayed but we expect to deliver today.NO PARCEL !!! Complained again to DHL online but got another automated load of BS. Thursday emailed a complaint to the supplier of my goods and they rang DHL.Promised delivery between 14.12 and 15.12pm...Got a text msg at 12.15 saying driver is delayed but will be with you later today.NO PARCEL !! Emailed supplier and told them what a bloody joke this is...They checked with DHL who said the driver had already tried to deliver and can't turn back.NO ONE TRIED TO DELIVER AT MY ADDRESS OR THE PARCEL SHOP!! Driver admitted he didn't have the parcel on his van as the parcel shop is on another van...A MILE UP THE ROAD FROM ME ??????? DHL IS A JOKE...THE DRIVERS ARE LIARS AND CANNOT BE BOTHERED .. Never had any problems with UPS or FEDEX or TNT..
