Absolute waste of time.
I had an order to be delivered at a certain time and date. I used their system to rearrange the delivery to be diverted to my neighbour as I desperately wanted the item at the date specified. They never even went to my neighbour, who was in all day. They just took the pareel back to the "local pick-up centre" which is approximatly 25 miles away. I cannot get through to them now as it's too late. I will not be using them again
