I work at a hospital and need a parcel, to get two and from work on my bike. So far - it's been rejected twice at at DHL collection shop, I've then stayed home for a day to wait in for the parcel, delivery date changed at 2pm to the following day. It's then been postponed twice including today, rearranged for Monday. When I'll be at work. The call centres do not phone back when promised. There is no logic to any of this, I just don't get how it can be this difficult for them. I really feel like you would have to intentionally go out of your way to be this unhelpful.
