I always thought that DHL being an international company where professional, boy am I wrong.
I live in the UK and we have post codes not zip codes, I assume that drivers in the UK can understand and read a post code.
One package was attempted to deliver in the next town miles from me and another package was "delivered" to someone dozens of miles from me.
DHL are total rubbish. I had to put a star to enable to post.
