Disgusting service Said parcel collected 17/6/20 Due to be delivered 13.30 to 15.30 on 18/6 by 18.30 parcel still not delivered by 18.30 we were drop no 55 and van was at drop 52. never moved and at 20.30 we had a message to say parcel was delivered at 12.00 but could not gain access. we were in all day and no van called!. After numerous calls to customer service that eventually said the vans GPS tracker went nowhere near our post code. Today we received a message to say parcel was delivered on the 18th and signed for. Strange, just going back and forth at the moment on an expensive item that they don't seem to care about, change their stories and frankly lie.
