I'm in my 7th day trying to get a package delivered after the tracking system showed it to be out for delivery. The 2nd day the system had a message that the address had a problem. I tried five times unsuccessfully to update the address even though it was correct. They had delivered one of the 2 packages on the tracking order the day before with the same address. I have emailed and called and talked to customer service 6 times. Each time I was told that they were very busy but would get the ordered dispatched. Today was the 7th day since it was supposedly dispatched and still not delivered. Tomorrow I will attempt to pick it up at there center myself.
